The system will scan for available parking spots and inform you when it finds one.  Once an appropriate spot for your Ford is found, you’ll hear a chime and see a spot found in the message on your screen.

Keep driving forward until the screen tells you to stop. Once you have, remove your hands from the steering wheel, move the shifter into reverse and begin backing up slowly.  The system will manoeuvre the vehicle.  Be sure to watch your mirrors and your surroundings for any objects you may get to close to,  and continue to press the gas pedal and brake as needed.

You can interrupt the parking process at anytime by simply grasping the wheel or pressing the activation button.  Keep in mind as the car is moving into the spot, the rear parking aid chime will become more rapid the closer you get to an object and another chime will let you know when its time to shift your car into drive and straighten it out in the spot.
