At Sherwood Ford, we are proud to serve the people of Sherwood Park and the surrounding area. Our dealership has undergone a number of changes through the years, including a new location, a name change, and several innovative updates to improve the customer experience. Last month, our team at Sherwood Ford celebrated our five-year anniversary at our Sherwood Park location, and we wanted to take you on a journey through our dealership history.<\/p>\n

Serving the Edmonton area for 80 years<\/h3>\n

Back in 1936, the Healy family started a dealership called Healy Ford in downtown Edmonton, and it was one of the oldest car dealerships in Edmonton. In 1996, Mark Hicks bought the business and is still the owner and operator to this day. In fact, since Sherwood Ford is the only dealership he owns, he can often be found in the showroom speaking with customers.<\/p>\n
