Ford Plug-In Hybrid Police Vehicle Driving Range<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

2017 has been a great year for police around North America. First, the 2018 F-150 was modified into a Police Responder model so law enforcement could enjoy more off-road capabilities. Now, they’ll be able to reduce the emissions produced by their vehicles thanks to the innovative technology in Ford’s plug-in hybrid police vehicle. Thanks to a lithium-ion battery, the plug-in police vehicle will be able to travel 33.8 kilometres without using a drop of gasoline!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Combined with its regular gasoline engine, the plug-in hybrid police vehicle provides a range of over 804.7 kilometres! Because this vehicle can be plugged into just about any outlet, law enforcement officers could potentially go an entire shift on full-electric mode. In addition to being efficient, the plug-in hybrid police vehicle is also quick. When in full-electric mode, the vehicle has a top speed of around 136.8 km\/h. That’ll make anyone think twice about trying to outrun this hybrid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
