When should I put winter tires on my Ford vehicle?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Obviously, you shouldn\u2019t wait until freezing temperatures are imminent to pull the trigger and install winter-ready tires on your Ford model. A common rule of thumb here in Northern Alberta (and much of the rest of Canada by extension) is to come see us when the forecast calls for 7 degrees Celsius or lower. That way, your vehicle will be fully prepared for not only the dip in temperature, but the precipitation that usually accompanies it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In layman\u2019s terms, you should aim to get your fresh set of winter tires and rims as soon as possible \u2013 late October and early November are when the cold really starts to set in, so don\u2019t delay!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It should go without saying, but winter and all-season tires aren\u2019t interchangeable.
