2021 Ford Bronco probable engine performance and drivetrain features<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Early reports about the 2021 Bronco\u2019s engine are promising to say the least. It\u2019s projected to be what Ford describes as a \u201cmidsize, off-road capable 4×4\u201d sport utility vehicle, which will be based on the platform that houses the all-new 2019 Ranger<\/a>. Because of this, it\u2019s likely that the Bronco will feature a 2.3-litre turbo four-cylinder engine, whose power will be harnessed through a 10-speed automatic transmission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Based off teaser images and confirmations from Ford executives, there\u2019s a good chance that the 2021 Bronco will be available in two-door and\/or four-door configuration, with design cues that bring back memories of the old Bronco\u2019s body \u2013 notably, a full-size rear-mounted spare tire, muscular chassis, and flat, old-school grille.
