All funds raised by Walkers and Teams support Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada programs and services.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>The 2016 Edmonton Brain Tumour Walk<\/h3>\n<p>Since the charity\u2019s founding in 1982, more than $4 million has been directed to breakthrough research into this complex disease. Sprint. Fundraise.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Whether you&#8217;ve just begun your journey, you\u2019re honouring a survivor or you have lost someone close to you,<br \/>\nyou are part of the Nationa Movement to End Brain Tumours.\u00a0Bring your family, friends, colleagues and<br \/>\nneighbours to celebrate and pay tribute to\u00a0everyone impacted by a brain tumour.<\/p>\n<p>Date: Saturday, May 28th, 2016<br \/>\nLocation: Hawrelak Park<br \/>\nDistance: 2.5km or 5km walk or fun-run<br \/>\nRegistration: Opens at 8:30 am<br \/>\nSurvivor Photo: 9:45 am<br \/>\nOpening Ceremonies: Start at 9:50 am<br \/>\nWalk Begins: 10:00 am<br \/>\nAfter the Walk Fun: Free BBQ for participants and entertainment\u00a011 am &#8211; 1 pm<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">All new and returning participants must register for the 2016 Brain Tumour Walk.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Have more questions?
