Though it can be difficult in the hustle of everyday life, it\u2019s important to remember how fortunate we are to be living in a country with the opportunities that Canada provides. Here at Sherwood Ford<\/a>, we believe that every member of our community should be able to have the same privileges and hopes for the future. That\u2019s why we\u2019re proud to partner with the Boys and Girls Club of Strathcona County! Our team will be attending a fundraising dinner that the organization is putting on Saturday, March 17th<\/sup>, and wanted to share how you can also get involved.<\/p>\n

Boys and Girls Club Sponsorship Fundraiser Dinner in Sherwood Park AB<\/h3>\n

On March 17 at 6 pm, you\u2019ll be able to attend the Boys and Girls Club\u2019s fundraiser dinner<\/a> at Spark, located right here in Sherwood Park. Plenty of cool events will be happening throughout the evening, including a gourmet buffet, live music, and a game entitled \u201cName That Tune!\u201d It all promises to be a lot of fun for all who come by and participate.<\/p>\n

We should also mention that by purchasing tickets to this event, all proceeds will be going straight to the Boys and Girls Club to help fund a camping trip to the Rockies this summer! We\u2019re sure that as a kid, one of your favourite memories was sitting around the campfire roasting marshmallows and cooking hot dogs, and it\u2019s so cool to be able to give these kids those same opportunities!<\/p>\n

The Strathcona County Boys and Girls Club<\/a> is a registered charity organization, which is dedicated to helping needy Edmonton-area children grow and develop in a safe environment. Since being founded in 2001, the organization has been able to assist area children in many different ways, such as hosting before and after-school programs, spring break, and summer camp activities.
