For enhanced mechanical performance, the Shelby GT350R is equipped with a differential cooler, engine oil cooler, and transmission cooler. It also comes with a raised decklid spoiler and a new front splitter to improve aerodynamics. On the inside, the GT350R is missing rear seating and air conditioning to shed a few extra pounds, although shoppers can add these elements with an available package.
