Leadership Makes A Difference At Sherwood Ford

Leadership makes a difference at Sherwood Ford with Chris Suvanto and Nick Aboughouche! We congratulate them both on their recent promotions and for their integrity, hard work and inspiring leadership!  Learn more about the vision and goals of these two outstanding leaders.

Leadership Makes A Difference

Leadership Makes A Difference on the team at Sherwood Ford! Recently we’ve had a couple of staff changes.  We’re excited about a positive change, both to the company and to our team.  Ultimately, our guests will benefit from the vision and direction of our new leaders!  These gentlemen walk the talk because they truly know the way, go the way and show the way through their service to others and by the way they lead people and inspire confidence.

Chris Suvanto got his start helping clients purchase vehicles 11 years ago, all with Ford.  In that time, he’s been keenly focused on providing his clients with world-class customer service! Chris says it’s been a goal of his to one day become the General Sales Manager. “I could never have imagined reaching this goal here.  I am humbled by the opportunity and look forward to working alongside all the amazing people at our store and to provide a second-to-none customer experience for our guests!”

Chris is the proud dad to his two sons and loves spending time with his family when he’s not out enjoying cruising in his Roush Supercharged Mustang.  He’s passionate about his kids and his fitness.

Nick Aboughouche moved his family to Canada from Brazil 6 years ago.  He’d planned on continuing his languages teaching career in English, Portuguese and Arabic.  He also speaks Spanish. Instead, Nick chose to start with Ford soon after his arrival.  He holds the record of 36 vehicles sold in one month for the highest vehicle sales at Sherwood Ford as well as top salesperson a record 10 times and salesman of the year 2015!

Nick says he loves how everyday he has an opportunity to meet new amazing people, new challenges and seeing others happy.  “I love to make people happy. When my clients are happy, that makes me happy. It’s a real pleasure for me to be of service.”  Nick says, “My family is the most important part of my life and everything I do is for them.”  In his spare time, Nick enjoys being with them, racing RC cars and hunting.

His vision and direction is continuous growth and improvement by raising the bar so clients have an experience that exceeds expectations and makes a difference in customer service and also a very happy sales team.

These are some of the great sales leaders at Sherwood Ford headed by owner and president Mark Hicks. He’s joined on his right by Sam Kabbani, Tim Cassios, Nick Aboughouche, Garret Anderson, Mark Adamson, Lucas Samu, Kurtis Hicks, Rob Hellec, Chris Suvanto and Leo Brouwer.  Together, they have a common purpose and character.  THIS Leadership Makes A Diffference At Sherwood Ford! We invite you to meet them and feel comfortable doing so on your sales visit to the dealership.  We’re excited to meet you and hope your experience will be memorable as much as we love helping our guests to feel right at home.
