NO COMEBACK SERVICE GUARANTEE

We take pride in the quality of work in our service center. If for any reason a problem wasn’t fixed right the first time,  we’ll come to you, return your vehicle to our service center and repair it. Then we’ll drop it back off to you, all at no extra expense to yourself.  No matter the issue, Sherwood Ford will take care of it with our no comeback service guarantee!

FORD PROTECTION PLAN AND WARRANTIES

Ford and Motorcraft^® replacement parts are covered against defects in material or Workmanship for 2 years or unlimited distance, whichever occurs first (for dealer installed parts). Select parts have longer time and/or distance coverage such as engines, transmissions, shocks and struts and batteries.

The Ford Protection Plan offers no charge replacement on select parts as long as the original purchaser of the part owns the vehicle on which the part was installed. This is not a warranty but a protection plan that is offered to the original purchaser of the Ford replacement part.
