Cruise control is a top choice of many drivers heading for long trips, as it allows you to set a predetermined speed for the duration of your journey. Adaptive Cruise Control takes this one step further, adjusting your speed to the vehicle ahead of you. Also, with Stop and Go technology, your vehicle can come to a complete stop autonomously if needed!
Evasive Steering Assist works in conjunction with Automatic Emergency Braking – with this, your Ford can help you maneuver between lanes to avoid a collision should the need arise. It does this by applying additional steering support to you, making it that much easier to keep yourself safe.
Your Ford vehicle is outfitted with sensors that can detect the lane that you’re in and work to keep you there. If it notices that you’re about to leave without signaling, it’ll alert you and apply steering torque to get you back in the centre of whichever lane you’re traveling in!
Used in tandem with Ford’s SYNC infotainment system, you can get full directions to your favourite destinations simply by using your voice. All you have to do is say the address you want to go to, and your vehicle will take you there with turn-by-turn directions that update in real time!
