Exclusive to this model year, Ford is celebrating 30 years of the Expedition with a special edition model. The 30th Anniversary Appearance Package, based on the Platinum trim level, adds exclusive style features and a unique paint option: available Blue Ember Metallic paint.
2. Three new colour options for the Expedition in 2027Â
Everyone loves choosing their SUV paint option. This year, you’ll have three new options. They include the aforementioned Blue Ember Metallic, which is exclusive to the 30th Anniversary Appearance Package; Bronze Fire Metallic Tinted Clearcoat; and Nocturnal Blue Metallic.
3. Expedition 2027 Ford Security Package subscriptionÂ
For 2027, you’ll enjoy the Ford Security Package as a standard feature of your Expedition. That’s right. This SUV comes with a one-year subscription to the Ford Security Package, and after that, you can get a monthly subscription. Make sure to activate your Ford Security Package after your purchase.

More specifically, eight-passenger seating is standard on Expedition Active and MAX Active trim levels. Seven-passenger seating is standard on all other trim levels. However, you can find available models with other seating configurations, like Active models with captain’s chairs that seat seven.Â
