From ponds to ice rinks across the country, hockey connects us all. It also develops deep-seeded rivalries, as seen whenever the Edmonton Oilers and Calgary Flames square off in the Battle of Alberta. Ahead of the Oilers-Flames game on December 9, Edmonton dealership Sherwood Ford and Calgary dealership Advantage Ford are placing a friendly wager on the game’s outcome for charity.
For most residents of Strathcona County, Christmas is a time to gather around with family and share in the true blessings that we have been fortunate enough to receive – that’s a big part of why North Central Alberta has long been a prosperous and friendly region for so many. However, there are still local residents of our area that are less fortunate and may not have the means to enjoy the same kind of Christmas cheer that we’ve taken for granted. You wanted it, you got it! It’s the return of Sherwood Ford’s Drive-One and Adopt-A-Pet-Athon Event throughout March 2018. The dealership in Sherwood Park, Alberta hopes to raise thousands of dollars and find new forever homes for animals waiting for adoption at the Edmonton Humane Society. Read the rest of this entry

This November, join your friends here at Sherwood Ford as we Stuff-A-Giant Truck full of donations to the Strathcona Christmas Bureau.
This past August, we raised money for charity by hosing an All-Ford car show, as well as raising money from test drives that people throughout our community have taken.
