Drive 4UR Fundraiser programs are Ford’s pillar test drive events. They’re a fun and exciting way to support fundraising efforts for charities. Ford Dealerships partner with a local school or community organization to conduct a test drive event together. For every valid test drive completed at the event, Ford of Canada donates $20 to the cause!
Drive 4UR Fundraiser Benefits Oilers Community Foundation
The Locker Room Sale was in preparation for the Oilers and Oil Kings to move into Rogers Place this fall. The family-friendly event Sunday was the final opportunity to bid Farewell to Rexall Place while enjoying one-time-only items at clearout prices, complimentary tours of the Oilers Dressing Room plus the chance to take home a little piece of Oilers and Oil Kings history.
Fans also had an opportunity to make a difference for the Oilers Community Foundation through a Ford fundraiser called Drive 4UR Community. Nearly 200 guests took a test drive of various Ford vehicles that included the F-150, Edge, Fusion, Escape and Focus provided by local dealership Sherwood Ford. The first 200 guests that took a Ford Test Drive received an exclusive authentic piece of game-used plexi glass from Rexall Place compliments of Ford Canada and the Edmonton Oilers!
