Join us here at Sherwood Ford as we sponsor one of the talented members of our community on her journey to represent Team Canada Dance.

At Sherwood Ford, we know that we’ve got an amazing community around us that is full of exceptional people. One of the talented individuals that we’ve had the pleasure to meet is Jennah Paron. Jennah is representing Sherwood Park in the upcoming World Ballet, Jazz, and Modern Dance Competition held over in Warsaw, Poland December 1st through the 10th.

Team Canada Dance

By giving our country’s elite dancers a chance to shine on the world’s stage, Team Canada Dance brings the best of the best from all parts of Canada together in order to compete against the best dancers from around the world.

We here in Sherwood Park are lucky enough to have one of our community members representing us and our country in an upcoming event. Born and raised in Sherwood Park, Jennah Paron will be competing in three different routines — Ballet, Jazz, and Modern — along with the rest of her team. Like most young girls, Jennah started dancing at a young age. It took until she was 13 for her to really get into dancing, however, and after many hours of hard work, practice, and dedication, Jennah has become one of the best dancers in the country.

Sherwood Ford Sponsors Jennah

Because Team Canada Dance doesn’t cover the costs of the trip and other things while the dancers are performing, many dancers need to pay out-of-pocket to compete. As anyone who has ever taken dance classes knows, dancing is not cheap. It’s pretty much like putting your kid through hockey practice year after year.

That’s why we here at Sherwood Ford have decided to help Jennah out, and are donating $500 for her to compete for Team Canada Dance. One of the best ways to get involved in the community is to provide the youth with as many opportunities as possible. People like Jennah are the future of our community, and we couldn’t think of a better person to sponsor. If you would like to sponsor Jennah Paron’s Team Canada Dance competition coming up in December, give us a call and we’ll provide you with all the information you need to support our young community members.
