Ford’s First All-Electric Crossover SUV Finally Has a Name: Mustang Mach-E

A new horse is joining the stable of iconic Mustang cars! The Ford Mustang Mach E is an all-electric zero emissions game changer. It promises to deliver guilt-free performance for the next generation of thrill-seekers!

Following the EV’s full reveal on Sunday November 17 at the Los Angeles Auto Show, reservations can be made online for $500.

Teased and anticipated, Fords all-electric, Mustang inspired crossover has an official name—a performance Mustang that also will don the iconic pony badge.

It’s long been speculated that Mach-E would be in the name. Ford’s confirmation of “Mustang” being part of it comes as a surprise to many fans. Reservations open online immediately after the full reveal at 9:30 p.m. ET on Sunday, November 17.

Interested customers can reserve a spot in line by making a required $500 USD refundable reservation deposit at Ford.com. Those who do so can then select their desired spec for their Mustang Mach-E, create a Ford account to select Sherwood Ford as their preferred dealership and enter their personal information for when orders actually open sometime in 2020.
